Procurement Operations Specialist I (Bangalore, India, hybrid role)
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, ready to take the next step in their procurement career. This position will be a key contributor to our procurement operations team as well as will have the opportunity to work on special projects that expand their knowledge about broader strategic sourcing.
This hybrid role is located in Bangalore with in-office participation a few days a week. The individual will support global stakeholders and report to the Procurement Operations Supervisor located in the pacific US. To maximize collaboration with the broader team an overlap in selected US working hours is necessary.
What You’ll Do
Support procurement operations process at Guidewire, including sourcing, requisitioning, contracting, ordering, category supplier management, and reporting with customer service for the procurement team and business partners
Administer the procurement contract repository, including the contract signature and archiving process. Working with sourcing specialists to ensure we maintain deal knowledge history.
Update contract data and validate data quality in the software asset management system, i.e. review and validate contract entries, linkages, and data integrity.
Support purchase transaction requests and inquiries, i.e. address business requests for PO changes and supplier maintenance requests.
Support the supplier onboarding process and other supplier management activities with stakeholders and suppliers, e.g. validate supplier risk and assist with supplier business reviews.
Responsible for maintaining and improving the data quality and currency in the contract repository and software asset management systems, the response and resolution of business stakeholder requests, and the speed and quality of our supplier onboarding process.

Your Skills and Experiences
2-3 years of procurement experience recommended
Familiarity with Coupa, CLM systems, ServiceNOW, and software asset management and related procurement systems
Familiarity with DocuSign
Strong spreadsheet and Google Workspace experience
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
