The Story
L’olivier Assurance, a French subsidiary of Admiral Group, represents Admiral’s first insurance venture into the French auto market. As such, L’olivier’s goals are lofty: quickly develop an exclusively online offer to meet its customers’ needs in terms of efficiency, cost, and flexibility, and provide outstanding customer service to back those offers up.
Within an 11-month time frame, the insurer implemented Guidewire InsuranceSuite as its core systems platform for underwriting, policy administration, claims management, billing, and client data management. Supporting the full policy lifecycle for the insurer, InsuranceSuite meets L’olivier’s foundational goals of being able to manage and customize its integrated platform with a high level of self-sufficiency, develop and bring to market original new products easily, and quickly enable the insurer to offer customers flexible and tailored online solutions.
