FMG Selects Guidewire System for Claims Management

Guidewire ClaimCenter® and Claim Portal for Vendors to enhance operational efficiencies and customer service capabilities

FMG, New Zealand’s leading rural insurer, and Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE), a provider of software products to Property/Casualty insurers, today announced that FMG has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter® as its new claims management system. FMG also selected Guidewire Claim Portal for Vendors™. With this selection, FMG is now a full Guidewire InsuranceSuite™ customer, having deployed BillingCenter and PolicyCenter in 2013 through all lines of its business.

ClaimCenter will replace FMG’s in-house claims management system, giving it new capabilities to help it more efficiently and effectively deliver on the service commitments to its clients while improving employee satisfaction.
