Innsbruck, Guidewire’s ninth cloud release, takes us to the Austrian Alps. It is named for the city and renowned ski area that is surrounded by 67 mountains and majestic, snowy peaks that take skiers and snowboarders to new heights. Like its namesake, our release is built to help insurers thrive with a host of new features, capabilities, and a groundbreaking platform for launching digital experiences.

Jutro Digital Platform is the first digital development platform for P&C, enabling insurers to deliver unique online experiences for any insurance stakeholder, any line of business, and any distribution channel. Jutro integrates seamlessly with Guidewire’s core, cuts time-to-market with pre-built experience templates, and empowers insurers to unleash their creativity to differentiate their brands. Jutro is available worldwide. To learn more, please visit our dedicated Jutro webpage.

Jutro is a ground-breaking platform and a significant part of Innsbruck. But there is much more to the release, which features a record number of new features and capabilities. Among the top highlights are:

Autopilot Workflow Service: Now generally available to all insurers, Autopilot Workflow Service helps drive automation across the claims lifecycle. It is designed to empower both technical and non-technical users with low-code tooling and out-of-the-box integrations to InsuranceSuite APIs and third-party services. The initial focus is on claims automation, doubling down on our quest to make automated claims the norm and manual handling the exception.

Tune Framework in Predict: Predict, a key component of Guidewire’s analytics offering, now features Tune—a framework tailored for actuaries. Tune empowers them to test and evaluate pricing strategies, and analyze the potential impact of pricing changes before deploying them.

Predict Analytics Manager: Predict now comes equipped with Analytics Manager, which allows business users to embed real-time data and analytic insights directly into core processes, enabling better business outcomes across underwriting and claims handling. Analytics Manager turns any system of record into a system of insight, and enables the greatest amount of flexibility while realizing the benefits of AI/ML.

HazardHub goes international: HazardHub is now available to insurers operating in Canada, enabling them to understand true property risk in seconds by evaluating 100 data elements across 13 risk factors.

Data Studio: Liberate your data with Data Studio, a dataset preparation application with a curated content data repository that enables you to build, organize, and publish datasets for analytics and business insights. Data Studio helps to reduce the challenges of collecting data and curating it into trusted, analytics-ready datasets.

Robust London Market capabilities: the Innsbruck release helps London Market insurers to increase underwriting efficiency and contract precision with enhanced policy wording and more granular views of policies with Journal Financials.

Automated Updates for InsuranceNow: With Innsbruck, InsuranceNow customers get seamless, painless version updates, thanks to automated functional testing and delivery of new environments.

New Commercial Lines Package for InsuranceNow: With Innsbruck, InsuranceNow customers can get to market even faster. They can launch a full Commercial Package Policy up to 50% faster than building new products from scratch to save time and respond swiftly to market demands.

Guidewire's Innsbruck release delivers significant lift to insurers seeking to deliver personalized digital experiences, increased automation, and real-time embedded analytics.
