FMG Selects Guidewire for Underwriting, Policy Administration and Billing Management

New Zealand rural insurer selects Guidewire’s modern technology platform for business growth and continued client service excellence

FMG, New Zealand’s preferred rural insurer, and Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE), a provider of core system software to general (Property/Casualty) insurers, today announced that FMG has selected Guidewire PolicyCenter® as its new underwriting and policy administration solution and Guidewire BillingCenter® as its new billing system. Guidewire Affiliate Program member, Tenzing Limited has been selected to lead the implementation project and will work in close collaboration with FMG and Guidewire.

FMG sought new policy and billing systems to provide a strong foundation to support ongoing business growth, varying methods of interaction with clients, and to bring products to market faster. The company selected PolicyCenter and BillingCenter to provide the functionality and flexibility it needed for continued success in the future.
