Guidewire ClaimCenter® was recognized as the top solution out of 31 vendors in the Breadth of Functionality and Customer Base categories.
The XCelent Functionality Award for the best solution in the “Breadth of Functionality” category is based on several criteria, including the power and ease of use of rules, workflow, product configuration, and document management capabilities; basic, advanced, and additional functionality for the base offering; references’ view of features and functions; and number of deployments for various personal and commercial lines of business. The XCelent Customer Base Award for the leading solution in the “Customer Base” category considered the number of North American customers across various tiers and using various versions; the number of North American customers in implementation; and the number of customers outside North America to select the top performer in this category. Guidewire has won the award in this category in the last three North American Claims Systems Vendors reports that Celent has published.
