Towergate Partnership

Towergate, Europe's largest independently-owned insurance intermediary has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter to support the end-to-end claims handling process for virtually all of Towergate's lines of business starting with Household claims.

Towergate operates 100 offices throughout the U.K., acting as both a broker and a virtual insurer. The company currently uses multiple claims handling systems across its business and sought to improve centralized system access and management information/reporting capabilities. With ClaimCenter, Towergate gains a single modern system to achieve these goals and help embed best practices for claim handling consistency across its business. In the process, Towergate will also simplify its IT maintenance costs and efforts.
